Apply to Join NGI

NGI membership is selective, application-based, and manually reviewed by NGI administration. Shippers, freight agents, and carriers are invited to apply for consideration through the appropriate path below.

Membership Review Process

1. Submit Interest

Choose the path that best fits your role and contact NGI with accurate business details, credentials, and requested service needs.

2. NGI Administrative Review

NGI reviews each application manually. Not all applications are approved, and submission does not guarantee membership, portal access, pricing, freight opportunities, or account activation.

3. Approved Next Steps

Approved applicants are contacted with next steps, required documentation, payment instructions where applicable, and secure portal credential instructions.

No unpaid membership tier. NGI does not provide unpaid portal accounts, public dashboard access, or unrestricted document previews. Portal access is a privilege granted only to approved vetted members.
