These Shipper-Broker Terms describe the public-facing business framework for shippers requesting logistics coordination through Nadalini Global, Inc.

Nadalini Global, Inc. is a nationwide licensed freight brokerage. NGI coordinates transportation services through vetted third-party motor carriers and approved logistics providers.

NGI is not a motor carrier and does not control carrier drivers, routes, equipment, dispatch, or motor-carrier operations.

Shipment coordination, pricing, payment, documentation, and service requirements are subject to written confirmation, applicable agreements, verified documentation, and NGI administrative procedures.
