Visitors, shippers, carriers, agents, and contracting partners may verify NGI credentials through official federal transportation records and NGI credential verification resources.
Brokerage Relationship Disclosure
Nadalini Global, Inc. is not a motor carrier. NGI coordinates transportation services through vetted third-party motor carriers and approved logistics providers. NGI does not control carrier drivers, routes, equipment, dispatch, safety operations, or motor-carrier business decisions.
Limitation of Liability
Website, portal, document, and system materials are provided for business-support, logistics coordination, and informational purposes. NGI is not responsible for interruptions, third-party platform failures, carrier performance issues outside NGI control, or unauthorized reliance on materials outside a written agreement or approved operating process.
Independent Contractor Disclosure
Freight agents, carriers, vendors, and service providers are independent parties unless a written agreement signed by NGI states otherwise. Portal access, onboarding review, badge recognition, or document submission does not create employment, partnership, agency, joint venture, motor-carrier control, or operational-control authority.
Portal Access and Terms Disclosure
NGI Fortress Portal access is restricted to approved users. Full access, document downloads, dashboard tools, and operational workflows may require identity verification, MFA enrollment, payment confirmation, and administrative approval under The Sentinel Standard and applicable NGI Terms of Use.
Intellectual Property Disclosure
NGI content, workflows, systems, frameworks, documents, tools, proprietary materials, operational standards, compliance structures, and strategic architecture are protected intellectual property and business work product. Unauthorized copying, scraping, reproduction, redistribution, or derivative use is prohibited.
AI Assistance Disclosure
Artificial intelligence tools may be used as assistive instruments under the direct supervision, direction, review, modification, and approval of Pamela M. Nadalini. No AI-generated content, output, or suggestion is incorporated into NGI public materials or portal systems without human review and final authorization.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, NGI website, portal, disclosure, and business-support materials are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Applicable disputes shall be handled in the appropriate state or federal forum with jurisdiction over Sarasota County, Florida.
Relationship to Written Agreements
These disclosures do not replace signed agreements, broker-carrier terms, shipper-broker terms, federal procurement documents, portal terms, payment processor requirements, or other controlling written terms. If a conflict exists, the applicable signed agreement or governing written policy controls.
