Secure agent onboarding
Your privacy is our priority. All documents are uploaded via a secure, encrypted portal and are used strictly for internal verification purposes.
Full legal name, email address, phone number, years of logistics experience, current book of business, and specialized lanes or equipment experience.
Government-issued ID and proof of 1099 history must be uploaded only through encrypted storage after authorization. NGI should not accept these documents through ordinary email.
The $49.99 onboarding payment should process through Stripe or PayPal before the e-signature API releases the NGI Independent Agent Onboarding, Fee, and Non-Solicitation Agreement.
Professional standards
Nothing on this page creates an agency, employment, or brokerage authority relationship. Any freight agent relationship must be reviewed, documented, and approved by NGI before freight activity is conducted under the company name. By applying, you acknowledge that NGI Freight Agents operate as Independent Contractors (1099) and maintain control over their own business methods, schedule, and operations.
