NGI expects counterparties to support lawful commerce, anti-trafficking principles, secure documentation, fraud prevention, and responsible treatment of people across the logistics chain.
Tax IDs, W-9s, banking information, confidential onboarding documents, and sensitive shipment records must be handled through secure encrypted workflows, not public forms or standard email.
Vetting, credential checks, document approvals, feedback, complaints, closeout approvals, and exceptions should be retained with review notes and audit history.
